Carl Williamson Jr., was a true and faithful Mason who exemplified the principles of our fraternity through his deeds, his words, and his unwavering commitment to Brotherly Love Relief, and Truth.
Brother Williamson was not only a cherished member of the lodge but also a dedicated individual who lived the Masonic teachings in his daily life. Through his leadership, fellowship, and service, he left an indelible mark on our Lodge and the broader community.
Masonic Achievements:
- Raised to the Sublime Degree of Master Mason: June 1, 1992
- Served as: Worshipful Master, Junior Warden, Secretary, and held various other roles in multiple Houses during his time in the Craft.
- Contributions: Actively participated in numerous projects, charitable initiatives, and community outreach programs that advanced the values and visibility of Prince Hall Masonry.
Brother Williamson’s love for the Craft was evident in his every endeavor. His steadfast devotion to the ideals of Freemasonry reminds us to build our own lives as he did—upon a foundation of Faith, Hope, and Charity.
Past Master Robert Wright
With reverence and affection, we also honor the memory of Past Master Robert Wright, the oldest and one of the most esteemed members of High Marine Lodge No. 12. Having been Raised to the Sublime Degree of Master Mason in 1967, Brother Wright’s long and distinguished Masonic journey spanned more than a half a century—a testament to his unwavering dedication and love for the Craft.
PM Wright was a steadfast and tireless leader who embodied the true essence of Masonry. His passion for the concepts, edicts, and workings of the Craft was unmatched, and he inspired generations of Masons through his wisdom, patience, and gentle counsel. Known for his warm smile and humble spirit, he often reminded us that at his age, he had “forgotten more about Masonry than most of us will ever know.”
Brother Wright’s life stands as a living pillar of the values we hold dear—Integrity, Fidelity, and Fraternal Love. His presence within our Lodge was both a blessing and a guiding light. He will be sorely missed, yet his influence will endure in the hearts and actions of every Brother who had the privilege to know him.
The Broken Column
“The workman has laid down his tools,
The Master has called him home,
To the Grand Lodge above,
Where the Supreme Architect of the Universe resides.”
